Surrounded by a paradise setting, the Nilaveli Crystal Blue Hotel It is a great option to explore the east coast of Sri Lanka and the beautiful town of Trincomalee.
The environment is spectacular, of those sites that convey a special calm. The enclosure itself is a large garden with lush plants and flowers, huge trees in whose shade you can have tea and read a book and open spaces where you can walk at sunset.
The hotel rooms are distributed among these gardens. There are several buildings with a total of 25 rooms with independent entrance from the common areas. Ours was great! With a huge and very comfortable bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, refrigerator, and various furniture and typical decoration. They also have a porch with wicker chairs to have a good time.
In addition to the tranquility of the place you can also run into some strange inhabitant: peacocks to feed, herds of cows that make their daily walk, squirrels that ask for a piece of your food, birds watching time pass in their Favorite posts ... everything is beautiful!
But if you come to this place it is, among other things, to take a dip in the beach! Well, it will take you a couple of minutes to arrive, it is only 150 meters from the hotel.
It also has a restaurant where you can recharge with your full breakfasts or try some specialty of the place at noon or at dinner time. Everything was delicious!
It is an ideal place to disconnect, although if you want to take a look at your smartphone from time to time you know that there is WiFi connection throughout the premises.
