Day 25: LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater) - BARCELONA

Monday, November 2, 2009

Today we get up a little later and after checking out at the Motel 6 Hollywood where we have stayed these days, we will have breakfast at our usual place. Today is our last day of travel, although we still have a few hours to catch the plane back home, and we take the opportunity to take a tour of the Hollywood walk of fame, this time camera in hand.
The Hollywood walk of fame It is a sidewalk along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street in Los Angeles. We are next to the hotel so we are soon touring the 2,000 5-pointed stars with the names of actors, singers and various famous people.

From there we go to Kodak Theater, another of the icons of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, known for being the theater where the Oscars delivery takes place every year.

Kodak Theater

How could it be otherwise, some photos fall on the famous staircase through which the Oscar night parades all the actors.

It's noon, so it's time to go back to the hotel, pick up the backpacks and the car and head for the Los Angeles airport.
After returning the rental car in the United States, we will check our bags and inform us that the flight will be 4 hours late.
Before this there is nothing to do, so we have to take it easy. They give us a food voucher and we have to wait, going around the airport, from one terminal to another to kill time.
The flight back home is very long. This return to work is very hard and more after this incredible trip we have made on the West Coast of the United States.
But, as we said yesterday after visiting Universal Studios, we will always have the great memory of the most "complete" trip we have made so far.
