First day in Vienna

What to see in Vienna in three days
On this last day we recommend you to do some of the best excursions considered in Vienna, such as the Wachau Valley or the beautiful city of Salzburg, taking into account that if you do not want to waste much time traveling, the closest excursion to Vienna is the route through the Wachau valley.
This valley, declared a World Heritage Site, is one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in central Europe and one of the essential places to see in Austria.
The Wachau valley that runs along the meandering Danube, is concentrated between the city of Melk and Krems, for 30 kilometers where you can enjoy green hills full of vineyards, charming villages, castles, monasteries and abbeys.
Among the most interesting visits is Dürnstein Castle and the impressive Melk Abbey, where besides the church, it is worth the visit especially for its spectacular library, full of old books located on wooden shelves.
